Pastor Jim has been married to his wife, Lisa since 1980. They are the parents of four children: Amanda, Jimmy, Angie, and Jacob. Jim graduated from Paulding High School in 1976 and Grace Bible College in 1980 with a Bible/Theology major and a minor in Greek. Jim served as the administrator of Chapel Christian Academy in 1981-1982 and began his pastoral ministry in 1982 with the WKNC circuit churches. he was an original member of the Singing Fry Family for 16 years. In July 1986 he began an adventure of faith, starting the Free Christian Church with the help of 20 people of promise and the leading of God who makes all things possible

Pastor Mike has been married to his wife, Lisa since 1989 and they are the parents of three daughters: Amanda, Erin and Emily. They have attended Free Christian since 1995 and began working with the Youth in 1997. They love the kids more every year and their desire is for them to realize that a real relationship with Jesus is what matters most. Mike became the full-time Associate Pastor in July of 2002 supervising the Youth ministry and working extensively with the church media and worship ministries. Mike was ordained by the Church of God in March 2004

Pastor Kevin has been married to his wife, Becky since 1992 and they have four children: Adam, Nicole, Tyler, and Amanda. Kevin has attend Free Christian since 1995 and became the Assimilation Pastor in 1999. His duties include welcoming new members to the congregation and answering any questions they may have. Kevin also visits people in the hospital and in their homes. He is the Pastor over the Trustee Board, which is in charge of maintaining the church property and is employed full time at Unverferth Mfg., Kalida, Ohio. Kevin was ordained by the Church of God in September of 2007.

Pastor Lisa has been married to her husband, Mike since 1989 and they have three daughters: Amanda, Erin, and Emily. She works with the Youth and Women's ministries. Pastor Lisa became the Women's pastor in July 2002, leads a weekly Precept Bible Study group, assists regularly in High Velocity during Family Nights and preaches at Women's retreats for various churches. Lisa was ordained by the Church of God in September 2006. Lisa also owns and operates a dog grooming salon, "Lisa's Dog Design" in Continental.

Michael is originally from Houston, Texas. He has been married to his wife, Jennifer since 1996. They have a daughter, Allison. They lived in Oklahoma City until 1999 where Michael attended Mid-America Bible College with a major in Youth and Music Ministry. Michael leads our Sunday morning Praise and worship and works with the Youth. Michael is employed full time as the office manager at TJ Propane, Weston

Christy has been married to her husband, Tony since 1997. They have two children Ethan and Elicia. They have attended Free Christian since 2001, Christy started working in the children's ministries in 2002. She became the Children's Ministry Director in October 2005. Christy also runs a daycare from her home.

Roni has been married to her husband, Glenn since 1980 and they have two children: Traci and Ryan. Roni previously worked at Van Wert County Hospital, The Medical Group of Fort Wayne and as the Personnel Assistant at Trident Manufacturing. Roni has attended Free Christian since 1994 and became the Administrative Assistant in 2000 when God provided the perfect job to allow her to work and still be with her children.
